Client Service Manager || Managed Service Provider (MSP) Services| Client Services & Delivery

Location: Remote (Canada)

Agile Product Coach to support product teams at UPS. This is a high-impact remote role that blends product ownership, agile coaching, and stakeholder collaboration. You will play a key role in shaping and refining product strategy, prioritizing features, managing product backlogs, and aligning delivery with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build business cases to prioritize product features based on client needs, user feedback, and
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to define MVP scope and translate roadmaps into actionable backlogs.
• Lead and facilitate sprint planning, road mapping, release planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria; act as the final gatekeeper for releases.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and track delivery progress using agile tools (Jira, ADO, etc.).
• Provide visibility into product metrics and use them to guide team performance and continuous improvement.
• Communicate product status and milestones to both internal and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Product Management practice by sharing knowledge and best practices quarterly.
• Perform hands-on work (e.g., analysis, testing, change management) as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise or consumer software.
• 8+ years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• 5+ years of experience writing and managing user stories.
• 5+ years managing product metrics and aligning roadmaps to business goals.
• 5+ years using Agile Lifecycle tools (Jira, ADO, Rally, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience in enterprise software development and delivery.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
