  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues related to data access, user permissions, and system discrepancies with strong analytical skills.

What will you do?
  • Resolve client inquiries promptlyvia phone, email, and CRM case management tools for both internal and external stakeholders.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-haves:
  • 1-2 years of related client service experience, preferably in financial services
  • Strong client communication skillsdemonstrated through professional written correspondence and courteous telephone interaction
  • Troubleshooting abilitiesto diagnose and resolve access issues, data requests, and discrepancies across multiple systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excelincluding formulas, data analysis, and report generation
  • Working knowledge of Windows 11 OS(desktop) and mobile platforms (Google Android and Apple iOS)
  • Ability to multitaskand prioritize in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong attention to detailwith commitment to accuracy in data handling and documentation
Nice-to-have:
  • Knowledge of securities tradingand settlement processes, including security identifiers and industry standard timeframes
  • Advanced Excel skillsincluding pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization
  • Experience with portal or investment services platforms
  • Familiarity with IT service deliveryor customer support best practices

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$46,000.00 - $70,000.00
