Job summary

The role includes cross-site coverage at Centenary outpatient clinic and drug store responsibilities, with a focus on patient counselling, order verification, and collaboration with oncology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Licensed and registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy and in retail pharmacy settings.
• Strong communication and patient-centred approach; competent in team settings.
• Experience with cancer drug programs and oncology care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for oncology patients and monitor chemotherapy regimens.
• Review cancer drug orders and ensure medication safety across sites.
• Counsel patients on chemotherapy regimens and automate documentation.
• Support cross-site coverage between General and Centenary outpatient clinics.
