University Health Network in Toronto is seeking a Pharmacist for the inpatient PM team with a focus on malignant hematology and immune effector cell therapy patients. The role includes centralized dispensary support for evenings and weekends, including shifts in the inpatient cleanroom, and on-call coverage.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to apply standard-of-care and clinical trial therapies. The position requires a BSc in Pharmacy or PharmD and active registration with the Ontario

Qualifications

• University degree in Pharmacy (BScPharm or PharmD).
• Certificate of competency from the Pharmacy Examination Board of Canada.
• Active registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Hospital oncology pharmacy experience preferred.
• Hospital pharmacy residency an asset.
• CSHP membership an asset.
