Job summary

Bridgemans Services Group LP (Bridgemans Crew Management Ltd.) is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-ins and inquiries aboard vessels serving Squamish, BC. This rotational, on-site position requires professional hospitality service and strong communication in English.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will handle reservations, guest requests, daily reports, and safety procedures while maintaining a clean lobby area and delivering concierge services about local

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Follow up with the guest after check-in to ensure satisfaction and offer assistance.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and acknowledge them with hospitality.
• Provide telephone service, answering calls promptly and knowledgeably.
• Review arrivals, note special requests, and block rooms as needed.
• Complete all items on shift checklists and daily reports.
• Balance income against vouchers and PMS totals.
• Prepare next day reservations and management reports.
• Assist with concierge duties and vessel guest services.
