SCR Mining and Tunnelling seeks an experienced Safety, Health & Training Supervisor for our underground mining operations near Bissett, Manitoba. The role leads health and safety programs, partners with site leadership, and ensures regulatory compliance while fostering a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include training delivery, audits, and incident investigations, with camp accommodations provided.

Competenze

• Essential: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Train the Trainer program completed.
• Minimum 5 years in mining-focused safety.
• CRSP certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer and monitor the Health and Safety Program at the site.
• Provide field leadership to PMT, employees and contractors.
• Inspect and audit underground/surface areas for compliance.
• Identify training needs and develop action plans.
• Deliver site-specific safety training and refreshers.
• Maintain training records for employees and contractors.
• Develop/update safety policies and risk assessments.
• Conduct safety and training audits and address deficiencies.
• Monitor safety documents and program analytics.
