Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Winnipeg is seeking a Service Technician to perform diagnostics, service maintenance and repair on customer and dealer owned equipment, delivering high‑quality service promptly.

You will work on power equipment, hydraulic and electrical systems, adhere to safety standards, and mentor apprentices while participating in ongoing training to stay current with technology.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong diagnostic, calibration and computer aptitude.
• Good time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate within budgets and approvals established by the Service Manager.
• Maintain high productivity, efficiency and gross margin to meet branch goals.
• Achieve and uphold a 98% quality of work, first‑time accuracy to minimize rework and boost customer satisfaction.
• Perform diagnostics on power equipment to identify repair needs and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose, disassemble, assemble, and repair mechanical, electrical or hydraulic systems to restore equipment performance.
