Job summary

Marcon is seeking a Concierge for its Vancouver community. The role focuses on welcoming residents, guests, and service providers, ensuring a warm, organized, and professional experience within a high-touch environment.

You will support day-to-day concierge services, including welcome, packages, access control, amenity bookings, move-ins, and maintenance requests, while maintaining a secure and tidy lobby and assisting with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential concierge, hotel front desk, guest services, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with digital building systems or property management software.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and mobile apps for communication and reporting.
• Discretion and professionalism with a strong focus on resident experience.
• Purpose-built rental experience is an asset.
• Yardi systems experience, including Concierge IQ or Maintenance IQ, is an asset.
• Working knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act is an asset.
• Emergency response training, such as First Aid, is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests; manage packages and access control.
• Coordinate amenity bookings and move-ins.
• Support maintenance requests and resident communications.
• Maintain secure, tidy lobby and support building safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Maintenance, and Leasing.
• Respond to resident needs and identify service issues proactively.
