Job summary

REVEL Realty Inc. in North Bay, ON is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent to prospect leads, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide clients through pricing, market trends, and transactions.

You will prepare offers, negotiate terms, coordinate inspections and closings, and collaborate with lawyers, lenders, and other professionals to deliver a seamless client experience from first contact to post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications

• Ontario Real Estate License required.
• Experience in real estate sales, listing, marketing and closing transactions.
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and deal management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with real estate technologies and CRM systems.
• Willing to work on-site with evenings/weekends and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate client leads and show properties.
• Host open houses and present offers to clients.
• Negotiate terms and coordinate inspections/appraisals.
• Liaise with lawyers, lenders, and other professionals to close deals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of North Bay market trends and manage listings.
• Leverage REVEL’s marketing tools and technology platforms.
