Role Description: This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in North Bay, ON. The Real Estate Agent or Broker will prospect and cultivate client leads, conduct property showings, host open houses, and provide guidance on pricing, market conditions, and transaction processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and liaising with lawyers, lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, managing listings, leveraging REVEL’s marketing tools and technology platforms, and delivering attentive client service from initial consultation through post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Valid Real Estate License in Ontario and a solid understanding of Real Property principles.
• Demonstrated experience in Real Estate sales, including listing, marketing, and closing transactions.
• Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and deal management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfort using real estate technology platforms, CRM systems, and online marketing tools.
• Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends), and travel locally as needed.
• Previous experience in the North Bay or broader Ontario real estate market is an asset.
