Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily on-site operations at our multi-family communities in Courtenay.

You will handle rent collections, process leasing applications, and strive for top-tier tenant satisfaction. You will work with the leasing team to meet vacancy goals, coordinate move-ins/outs, schedule inspections, recommend repairs, and contribute ideas to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role
• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
• High degree of professionalism and diplomacy
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations of the property, including rent collections, leasing applications, and maintaining tenant satisfaction
• Collaborate with the leasing team to meet vacancy goals
• Coordinate move-in and move-out scheduling, inspections, and related activities
• Recommend repairs or replacements and create work orders as needed
• Actively participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve operations and processes
