This entry-level path trains you to become our Property Manager of the future, including site inspections, move-in/move-out scheduling, coordinating repairs, and ensuring high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a management role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high tenant satisfaction through on-site management and service.
• Oversee rent collections and leasing applications.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, scheduling and inspections.
• Inspect grounds, common areas, and perform recommended repairs or replacements.
• Prepare work orders and ensure units are ready to lease.
