Job summary

TalentSphere in Toronto is seeking a Project Manager for commercial railing projects across the GTA. You will oversee field execution, coordinate with general contractors, and ensure installation readiness and safety compliance.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will manage site measurements, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and issue resolution, driving on-time project closeout and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction operations and site coordination.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and approved shop drawings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with railing systems or metalwork is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field execution of commercial railing projects in the GTA.
• Serve as primary contact for general contractors and site personnel.
• Coordinate project scheduling, field measurements, and installations.
• Identify issues and coordinate with engineering; manage change orders.
• Monitor progress, prepare field reports, and ensure safety compliance.
• Finalize project closeout and punch list completion.
