Job summary

OCL Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support project management and field teams in the Edmonton/Heartland area. The role requires on-site work and an engineering background with safety training.

The ideal candidate has CET, EIT or P Eng and familiarity with civil/mechanical construction, scheduling and cost control. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have CET, EIT or P Eng with civil or mechanical focus.
• On-site project experience in industrial, mechanical, piping or civil construction is an asset.
• Safety tickets WHMIS 2015, CSTS, H2S Alive; first aid is an asset.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM with defining scope of work and contract portions.
• Assist with progress billing, contract review, and change orders.
• Monitor daily progress, schedule and budget reporting.
• Collaborate with PM and site supervision for safe execution.
• Support workforce planning, materials, logistics, and subs.
• Prepare RFIs and quality control documents.
