Qualifications

• Proven experience leading in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience owning Safety, Quality, and Production with strong people leadership.
• Ability to manage daily production, staffing, schedules, productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute the production schedule and coordinate with Team Leads on labour and material needs.
• Identify and balance bottlenecks, using visual data to drive improvements.
• Ensure staffing levels, training plans, and cross-training are in place and tracked.
• Lead lean initiatives and 5S to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Troubleshoot obstacles and address issues proactively on the shop floor.
• Maintain safety protocols and participate in JOHSC activities.
