Job summary

Northern Rockies Lodge Ltd in Muncho Lake, BC, is seeking a capable manager to lead daily operations at the remote lodge site. The role involves staffing, budgeting, marketing, and ensuring exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, accommodation-focused environment.

Responsibilities include developing operational policies, overseeing front desk duties, supervising a large team, and coordinating marketing campaigns to attract guests while maintaining high service standards at a remote campground

Qualifications

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• Recruit and hire staff and supervise performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Negotiate with suppliers for materials and supplies.
• Conduct training sessions for staff.
• Negotiate with clients for facility use and events.
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Develop and implement business plans and marketing activities.
• Establish work schedules and enforce policies.
