Job summary

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking an Assistant Lodge Manager to support the Lodge Manager at a remote BC lodge. You will supervise staff, handle daily hospitality operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a mountain setting.

This role offers two weeks on, one week off, accommodation on shift, and opportunities to advance in a world-class heli-ski environment, with safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction at the core.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in hospitality, travel and tourism, or equivalent work experience.
• Food Safe Certificate.
• Occupational First Aid Level 1, or equivalent.
• BC Serving-it-Right.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality.
• Experience in Point of Sale, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to achieve lodge goals and oversee hospitality and F&B tasks.
• Coach and develop staff and provide clear direction.
• Act as main host for guests and coordinate guest services.
• Monitor inventory, schedule staff, and manage time entries.
• Support safety policies and WorkSafe BC compliance.
• Coordinate with Banff Office teams for guest support.
