Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate access and use of computer networks.
• Install web server hardware and software.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and administer LANs/WANs and related equipment.
• Monitor performance of computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade web server hardware/software.
• Evaluate and install hardware, networking software and OS.
• Provide problem-solving services to network users.
• Implement data, software and hardware security procedures.
• Perform routine network startup/shutdown and maintain records.
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Implement network monitoring software and optimize server performance.
