Job summary

Greenwin Corp. is seeking a hands-on, live-in Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations at a residential community in the Toronto area. You will be the primary resident contact, ensure property upkeep, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role includes a salary of $40,000–$43,000 CAD per year plus an apartment as a taxable benefit. Responsibilities include leasing support, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent; additional plumbing/electrical/HVAC/building maintenance certs desirable.
• 2–5 years in building maintenance, property management, or related field.
• Knowledge of resident rights, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with fire safety plans and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for residents, addressing inquiries and emergencies.
• Support leasing by handling inquiries, showing suites, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and inspections; perform light maintenance (plumbing, electrical, janitorial).
• Liaise with contractors, manage work orders, and ensure all building systems are running smoothly.
• Maintain safety protocols, conduct routine inspections, and support seasonal maintenance (e.g., snow removal, gardening).
