Job summary

OCR Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure inventory is properly stored, labeled, and accurately accounted for in Markham, Ontario. The role focuses on cycle counts, labeling, and maintaining safe, organized storage areas.

You will operate pallet jacks, assist with shipping and receiving, review inventory reports, and report discrepancies to supervision. The position offers healthcare, paid vacation, and a company culture that values reliability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• OSSD High School Diploma required.
• Experience in warehouse environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pump truck.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring that all inventory is properly stored, labeled, and accurately accounted for.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inventory cycle counts
• Assist in investigating discrepancies in inventory.
• Ensure inventory is properly labeled and stored in designated locations
• Operate a pallet jack to transport pallets between various areas.
• Support the export and review of inventory reports, investigate variances, and ensure accurate system maintenance.
• Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Provide backup support for shipping and receiving tasks, including signing for packages, and managing incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
