Job summary

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, coordinate new hire orientation, administer Manitoba apprenticeship programs, benefits and disability management, HRIS updates, and provide trusted HR support.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and training is a plus.
• Experience with disability/benefits management and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment using UKG Pro and collaborate with leaders.
• Coordinate career fairs and on-site recruitment activities.
• Use data to identify trends and improve time-to-fill.
• Deliver new hire orientation and training sessions.
• Support HR processes including benefits and leave administration.
• Maintain HR letters, documents and employee records.
• Administer Manitoba apprenticeship programs and timelines.
• Assist disability management and return-to-work coordination.
• Update HRIS profiles and communicate about leaves and benefits.
• Collaborate on employee relations and immigration inquiries.
• Look for opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes.
