Job summary

East Penn Canada is seeking a Fleet & Logistics Coordinator to support national transportation and fleet operations from Courtice, ON. This on-site role coordinates inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

You will monitor carrier performance, manage fleet records, and assist with cost-saving initiatives as part of the Logistics Team, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across our network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or related transportation roles.
• Experience in distribution, transportation, manufacturing, or similar environments is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; bilingual EN/FR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound freight activities: carrier selection, scheduling, bills of lading, pickup/delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate outbound shipments: carrier selection, fleet resources, freight quotations.
• Monitor shipments, provide POD docs, and respond to delays or service disruptions.
• Maintain fleet records in fleet management and related systems; monitor KPI trends.
