Techo-Bloc Inc. is seeking an On-Site Event Coordinator to lead roadshows, loyalty events and trade shows across Canada and the U.S. from load-in to load-out.

You will own setups, flow, team leadership and guest experience, fixing issues before they reach guests. You’ll manage event readiness, oversee setup/teardown, brief your team, run registration, coordinate with catering, and maintain a professional tone at all times.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, event operations or a related field.
• Proven experience leading a team during live events or in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure.
• Excellent judgment and the confidence to make decisions independently when things don't go according to plan.
• A natural ability to make people feel welcome while maintaining a professional presence.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• A valid driver's license and passport, with the ability and willingness to travel extensively across Canada and the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work extended hours during event setup, execution and teardown.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and take part in setting up, installing furniture, signage, AV and branded elements, then ensure everything is packed and accounted for at the end.
• Brief the on-site team, assign roles and stay hands-on all day, stepping in wherever needed.
• Run registration, welcome guests, handle walk-ins and set a warm, professional tone from the first hello.
• Coordinate with venue staff, catering and suppliers to keep events on plan and moving smoothly.
• Resolve issues in real time to keep the program on schedule and maintain guest experience.
• Debrief the planning team after events and check final invoices against the BEO.
