Hearing Life Canada is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to lead planning, coordination, and execution of approved events across Canada. You will support brand awareness and engagement, while handling administrative tasks and vendor liaison to ensure brand-aligned experiences.

Travel within Canada is possible to support onsite activation. The role requires 1–3 years in marketing or events, strong communication, and proficiency with MS 365, Adobe Suite, and Asana.

Formación

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of event planning and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and other workflow management tools.
• Open to travel within Canada to support onsite activation when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute trade shows, conferences, community events, clinic initiatives, and grand openings.
• Manage event logistics including venue bookings, hotel accommodations, shipping, vendor coordination, event checklists, and attendee communications.
• Coordinate event setup and onsite execution, including managing booth requirements, equipment, vendors, and event troubleshooting as required.
• Distribute promotional materials, event collateral and branded merchandise within approved budgets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clinic teams, vendors, and agency partners to ensure successful event execution.
• Track event budgets and maintain accurate records of costs, invoices, event details, and outcomes.
• Assist with post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance analysis.
• Process invoices and provide ongoing administrative support for Marketing programs and initiatives.
