Job summary

Catalis is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support ERP product deployments for municipal governments in Canada. You will meet with clients after sale to collect requirements and develop detailed installation plans, ensuring timely delivery and value realization.

The role involves configuring software, installing components, and coordinating with the Customer Success team to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or municipal finance is a strong asset.
• Proven experience as an Implementation Specialist.
• Sound technical knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients after sale to gather information for cost, quality, and schedule.
• Work with the team to deliver a project plan for each client installation.
• Communicate with clients during implementation to obtain feedback and approvals.
• Learn, configure, and install software systems and components.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to create positive customer experiences.
• Keep the project team informed about deliverables and milestones.
