Job summary

Catalis is seeking a proactive Software Implementation Specialist for our Edmonton office. You will configure software for clients, collaborate with PMs, developers, QA, and sales to meet milestones, and ensure high‑quality delivery of solutions.

The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 MDT, onsite in Edmonton. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, limited prior experience, and strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and document clearly.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Comfort gathering information from business users.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn, configure, and install software systems and components.
• Create product and project documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients post‑sale to gather required information.
• Develop project plan milestones for client configurations.
• Communicate with Catalis Project Manager(s) during implementation.
• Contribute to delivering high‑quality implementations and referenceable clients.
