Qualifications

• 10+ years of business experience
• Engineering management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record leading change initiatives delivering breakthrough results
• People management knowledge and cross-functional business acumen

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain equipment and facility integrity by coordinating internal and external resources
• Organise a department structure to support daily operations
• Establish departmental KPIs aligned with goals (equipment availability, maintenance, budget, GMP)
• Engage with Site Management Team to support growth and cost-effective, high-volume service
• Drive TPM initiatives to improve line performance, throughput, yield, and labor costs
• Develop talent within the engineering team through apprenticeships and graduate programs
• Foster continuous improvement culture across the site and cost improvements
• Utilise CMMS data for PPM, engineer utilization, and asset management
