Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Delivery Account Operations Associate – Site Lead to be the on-site face of service delivery at a designated customer location. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate on-site staff, and ensure seamless workflow to meet SLAs.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, communication, and experience in print/office services, plus a focus on continuous improvement in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in print operations, mailroom services, or office services in a customer facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and build relationships.
• Familiarity with workflow tools and office technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on site operations to ensure efficient workflow and high quality service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, managing requests and escalations.
• Monitor service metrics including device uptime and turnaround times to meet contractual obligations.
• Coordinate and support on site staff through scheduling, task assignment, and performance guidance.
• Oversee equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance with technical teams.
