Job summary

Xerox Corporation in Canada is seeking a Delivery Account Operations Associate – Site Lead to be the primary on-site representative at a customer location, ensuring seamless daily service delivery and operational excellence. This role partners with customers and Xerox teams to manage workflows, monitor device performance, and meet service level expectations.

The position is full-time on-site five days a week (Mon-Fri).

Qualifications

• Experience in print operations, mailroom services, or office services in a customer facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and build relationships.
• Proficiency with office technology including multifunction devices and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on site operations to ensure efficient workflow and high quality service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, managing requests and escalations.
• Monitor service metrics including device uptime and turnaround times to meet contractual obligations.
• Coordinate and support on site staff through scheduling, task assignment, and performance guidance.
• Oversee equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance with technical teams.
