IPEX Langley is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our diverse account portfolio. This on-site role supports order entry, delivery timelines, and cross-functional collaboration to meet service standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, experience with SAP/CRM is a plus, and bilingualism is valued. This contract position is based at the Langley office with 18 months term and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in customer service, preferably in manufacturing/B2B.
• Experience with SAP/CRM is an asset.
• Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve delays, service issues, and complaints while identifying process improvements.
• Accurately enter, release, and manage orders through multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and other teams to meet service standards.
• Identify sales opportunities, customer leads, and prepare quotations.
• Upsell companion products using SAP and CRM platforms.
