Job summary

Sky Building Restoration is seeking a Site Supervisor to drive project coordination, supervise crews, ensure code compliance and safety on site. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate material and equipment, and keep the project manager informed with accurate reports.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to enforce safety protocols while coordinating daily site activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, schedules and day-to-day operations on site.
• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors; assign tasks and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards; conduct inspections.
• Enforce safety protocols; conduct safety trainings.
• Coordinate delivery and handling of construction materials and equipment.
• Update the project manager regularly and maintain project records and reports.
