Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Construction or Restoration Repair experience.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of building codes, materials, and schedules.
• Ability to work within a budget to complete tasks.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Superior communication with homeowners, PMs, stakeholders, and staff.
• Finish carpentry and drywall experience.
• Tech savvy, documenting and uploading progress.
• Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record.
• English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to organize and execute scope of work.
• Communicate with Project Managers, direct reports, and homeowners.
• Lead on-site teams including in-house staff and sub-trades.
• Monitor subtrade schedules and communicate with stakeholders for customer satisfaction.
• Document site visits and job progress.
• Procure materials.
• Conduct site safety inspections.
• Train rebuild team.
• Operate tools as needed.
