Job summary

Confidential is seeking an HSE Advisor to join our construction operations in Ontario. This hands-on role requires regular site presence and collaboration with project teams to translate safety requirements into practical site procedures.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of progressive health and safety experience in construction, with knowledge of OHSA and related regulations. A diploma/degree in OH&S is required; NCSO/CRSP is an asset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive health and safety experience within construction.
• Experience supporting active construction sites and working with project teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Diploma, degree or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HSE policies and programs.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to integrate safety into operations.
• Develop site safety plans, JHAs, safe work procedures and emergency plans.
