Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer-experience minded professional to deliver and serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at client locations in Ontario, Canada. This part-time role focuses on creating a welcoming, pop-up style lunch service within a fast-paced environment.

You'll work Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00am–2:30pm, meet the culinary team, hand-deliver meals, and help tell the menu story through branded materials. Valid drivers license and ServSafe card are required.

Qualifications

• Must have personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active insurance.
• ServSafe Food Handler card required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure every staff member is delighted.
• Meet with the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office.
• Create an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded materials and creativity.
• Tell the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on paper.
• Collect feedback with metrics and report back to the Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
