Job summary

Morson Edge (Canada) is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead the Calgary operation, overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping while developing a dedicated team to support long-term programs.

You'll partner with supply chain, program, quality, and operations stakeholders to ensure traceability, accountability, and compliance in a high-stakes environment with aerospace/defence experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of warehousing, inventory management, or logistics operations experience
• Proven experience leading warehouse or logistics teams
• Strong command of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material handling
• Hands-on ERP/WMS/inventory management systems experience
• Attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Run the warehouse: overseeing daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and material movement
• Own inventory accuracy: lead cycle counts, inventories, reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and traceability
• Keep material moving: coordinate movements with program schedules and shipments; work with carriers and internal teams
• Protect what matters: maintain controls for high-value, sensitive, or specialized materials; support audits and corrective actions
• Lead your team: manage warehouse staff, coach, hire, train, and foster safety and accountability
• Make it better: track KPIs, improve processes, and inform leadership of risks and resource needs
