Job summary

Morson Edge in Canada and the United States seeks an experienced aerospace operations leader to own Wings & Fuselage operations across Mirabel, Canada and Mobile, Alabama. You will drive operational excellence, quality, safety, and continuous improvement for multiple aircraft programs with cross-border teams.

The role requires a degreed engineer, 15+ years in aerospace, and a proven ability to lead diverse groups, apply Lean and AOS concepts, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of professional experience, including wings expertise.
• 10+ years in aerospace manufacturing or high-reliability industry.
• 5+ years leading operational and functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of EHS practices.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or AOS.
• Final Assembly Line (FAL) experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for complex programs.
