Aramark is hiring a Supervisor for the Tim Hortons at Bishop’s University in Sherbrooke, QC. Start is immediate; this is a full-time role with on-site duties at Bishop’s University.

The Supervisor will plan staffing, supervise team members, reconcile cash, and monitor service quality while maintaining safety and hygiene standards. Multilingual ability is a plus, and hands-on operations support is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Customer service oriented.
• Bilingualism is an asset, as some of our customers are English-speaking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage staffing levels based on operational needs
• Coordinate and supervise the work of employees under your responsibility
• Perform cash reconciliation
• Monitor and ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction
• Complete production, temperature, loss, and other operational logs
• Setting up workstations and service areas
• Assist with service operations as needed
• Participate in inventory control and inventory counts
• Ensure that hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety standards are consistently maintained and followed
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards and procedures
• Perform any other related duties as required
