Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Supervisor for the Tim Hortons at Bishop's University in Sherbrooke, QC. The role is full-time with an immediate start and a salary of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

You will oversee staffing, customer service, and daily operations at Bishop's University. Responsibilities include supervising team members, cash reconciliation, inventory counts, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry is asset.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Positive attitude and strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be customer oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage staffing levels based on operational needs.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of employees under your responsibility.
• Perform cash reconciliation.
• Monitor and ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Complete production, temperature, loss, and other operational logs.
• Set up workstations and service areas.
• Assist with service operations as needed.
• Participate in inventory control and counts.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, health and safety standards are consistently maintained.

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time position. Schedule to be discussed during the interview.

Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage staffing levels based on operational needs
• Coordinate and supervise the work of employees under your responsibility
• Perform cash reconciliation
• Monitor and ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction
• Complete production, temperature, loss, and other operational logs
• Setting up workstations and service areas
• Assist with service operations as needed
• Participate in inventory control and inventory counts
• Ensure that hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety standards are consistently maintained and followed
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards and procedures
• Perform any other related duties as required
