Job summary

Drake International in Dartmouth, NS is seeking reliable Lumper Associates for on-call shifts. You will load and unload freight, assist with inventory movement, and support general warehouse operations.

This casual, on-call role requires physical fitness, the ability to lift heavy items, and a dependable, safety-minded attitude. You must provide your own high-visibility vest and CSA-approved boots; shifts are Monday to Friday daytime with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, loading/unloading, or general labour experience.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Casual, on-call availability.
• Own high-visibility safety vest and CSA-approved safety boots.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight, products, and materials safely and efficiently.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location.
• Consult order forms daily to pick the appropriate product for each order.
• Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and general labour duties as required.
