Job summary

SereneAID in Burlington, ON is seeking a General Labour / Warehouse Associate for temporary on-call work. You will handle loading and unloading, order picking, shipping/receiving, and general warehouse duties, with typical shifts 8:00 AM–4:00/4:30 PM and potential weekend work.

Candidate must be physically strong, able to lift repetitively, wear CSA-approved safety boots, and reliably commute to the Guelph Line & North Service Road area.

Qualifications

• Must be physically strong and capable of repetitive heavy lifting.
• Must have CSA-approved safety boots with the green triangle.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to commute to the Guelph Line & North Service Road area in Burlington.
• Must be available for an 8:00 AM start.
• Flexible availability is preferred due to on-call shifts.
• Previous general labour/warehouse experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading merchandise.
• Order picking and preparing orders.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Moving and organizing merchandise within the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties.
• Repetitive heavy lifting.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.
