Job summary

Medline Canada is seeking a Warehouse Operator I (Day Shift) to support receiving, organizing, storing and fulfilling inventory at the Guelph distribution center. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a focus on accuracy.

You will pick and pack orders, operate forklifts if trained, use RF scanners, and maintain safe, clean, and efficient operations. Minimum 1 year warehousing experience and a high school diploma are required; training and bonus eligibility offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent distribution or warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using RF scanner or manual picking preferred but not required.
• Licensed with forklifts: Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Picker, or Dock Stocker (Reach experience preferred).
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 50 LBS and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment when required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work environment.
• Report unsafe conditions and follow OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily targets.
