Job summary

Advantage Personnel seeks a Night-Shift General Labour for a warehouse in Milton, Ontario. Shift runs Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with a one-month duration in June.

The role requires transporting and lifting heavy items and supporting receiving duties in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have vehicle access as the site is not transit-served, hold a valid driver’s license, and wear CSA-approved safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• Lift, push, and move products weighing 50–70 lbs.
• Load and unload trailers by hand and via conveyor belt.
• Work efficiently to meet daily shipment targets.
• Sort, organize, stow, and stack products up to 70 lbs.
• Break down skids, take out garbage, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Perform other general warehouse tasks as needed.

Job Title: Night-Shift General Labour (Warehouse)

Rate of Pay: $23.00/hour

Duration: 1 month (June)

This is a one-month temporary opportunity to support receiving duties for a warehouse in Milton. This is a fast-paced facility and requires candidates to lift 50lbs throughout the shift. You must have a vehicle to commute, as the facility is not serviced by transit routes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently lift, push, and move products or shipments weighing 50-70lbs
• Load and unload trailers of boxes - lifting by hand and using a conveyor belt
• Work efficiently to meet daily shipment targets
• Sort, organize, stow, and stack product weighing up to 70lbs
• Break down skids, take out garbage, and perform general cleaning duties
• Perform other general warehouse tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Long-term experience in a similar fast-paced warehouse/general labour role required
• Must be comfortable with general labour and repetitively lifting 50lbs
• Must be available for overtime as needed
• Must have a valid Driver's License and own vehicle
• CSA-approved safety shoes required
• Candidates must be willing to provide a Criminal Record Search
