Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 months’ experience in a residential or supportive housing setting.
• Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident activity during assigned shifts.
• Respond to resident inquiries according to Centre policies.
• Provide initial response to emergencies.
• Assist with resident intake and departures.
• Support connections with Salvation Army programs.
