Job summary
A charitable organization in Vancouver seeks a Residential Support Worker (On Call) to support individuals in a transitional housing environment. Qualifications
Minimum 10 months’ experience in a residential or supportive housing setting.
Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Responsibilities
Supervise resident activity during assigned shifts.
Respond to resident inquiries according to Centre policies.
Provide initial response to emergencies.
Assist with resident intake and departures.
Support connections with Salvation Army programs.
