Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking an experienced plumber to join our residential field service team. You will handle on-site service calls, diagnose leaks and faulty fixtures, and perform repairs independently while ensuring high-quality workmanship that protects homes from water damage.

Applicants must have at least five years of paid plumbing experience, own tools and a reliable vehicle, and be able to communicate professionally with customers and our operations team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of paid plumbing experience.
• Able to diagnose and complete plumbing service calls independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Protect homes from water damage while completing repairs.
• Know when work falls outside approved scope and should be escalated.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and locate the source of leaks.
• Repair toilets, faucets, sinks, shut-off valves, drains, and supply lines.
• Replace plumbing fixtures and common household components.
• Complete dishwasher and laundry appliance water connections.
• Inspect plumbing systems for additional concerns and test repairs.
