Boardwalk in Edmonton seeks a maintenance technician to ensure health, safety, and comfort for Resident Members. You will perform on-call repairs, renovate vacant suites, and maintain common areas to high standards while coordinatingTurnover inspections with the Customer Care Team.

The role requires 2+ years of renovation experience, familiarity with painting, plumbing, electrical work, drywall and flooring, plus basic tech skills and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of renovation experience.
• Able to perform painting, plumbing, electrical work and drywall repairs.
• Experience with flooring installation and finishing.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, comfort and safety of Residents.
• Perform on-call and preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Maintain vacant suites and common areas to quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections and turnovers with Care Team.
• Complete required administration on a tablet.
