Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent, Food Safe Course, and basic first aid.
• Completion of Journeyman Cook or Culinary Arts Trades Qualification and Red Seal Cook credentials, supplemented by a minimum of twelve months' experience in a commercial kitchen, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervisory kitchen operations and food preparation for high-quality meals.
• Plan, prepare, and present meals ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain health and safety standards.
• Exercise independence and judgment in kitchen operations.
