Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking a capable maintenance technician to address maintenance requests and emergencies across our properties. If you are hands-on, mechanically adept, and enjoy building and repairs, this role may be right for you.

You will work within a collaborative team, respond to on-site issues within 72 hours, and participate in preventative maintenance while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years maintenance service experience required.
• 3 years renovation experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance
• Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards
• General common area and building maintenance
• Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team
• Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting
• Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards
• Assist with snow removal
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
