Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in pipeline or control room operations.
• Advanced working knowledge of SCADA and control room operating systems.
• Strong understanding of pipeline operations, operating limits, and system constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational issues and respond under changing conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control pipeline systems across Areas of Responsibility using SCADA.
• Execute operating activities per procedures, limits, and safety standards.
• Analyze changes, outages, and interruptions to minimize impact and restore operations.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions, escalating as required.
• Coordinate with field operations, carriers, terminals, refineries, schedulers for continuity.
• Maintain shift logs and records for effective handover and continuity.
• Participate in audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
