Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience coordinating crew operations.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of up to 10.
• Active commitment to safety and safety culture.
• Valid Intermediate First Aid or willingness to obtain.
• Hands-on experience with Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction.
