Job summary

Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. is seeking a Hydro Crew Foreman to lead a 10-person crew on oilfield projects in Western Canada. The role focuses on safety, quality, and on-time execution, with hands-on leadership and strong communication to coordinate daily operations.

You will oversee hydrotesting activities, ensure compliance with training, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a productive, safe work environment across sites in Alberta.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role preferred.
• 2+ Years Hydrotesting experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands‑on leadership style.
• Excellent communicator who leads by example.
• Organize and supervise up to 10 employees.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with training requirements.
• Manage daily operations, task assignments, and equipment checks.
• Drive continuous improvement and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of 10+ people.
• Oversee daily workflow and ensure efficient project progress.
• Communicate effectively with management, crew, and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Competent with reading Isometrics, P&IDs, and LDTS.
• Cultivate a positive work environment that boosts morale.
